Cancellation & Appointment Policy All appointments require a deposit and/or valid card on file to secure your scheduled time. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the originally scheduled service only. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations and are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit already paid may be retained and applied toward the amount owed under the cancellation policy. Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without proper notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. If a cancellation or no-show balance remains unpaid, the balance must be paid in full before any future appointment may be scheduled. Appointment time is reserved specifically for each client. Illness, family emergencies, financial circumstances, work conflicts, travel issues, and other unexpected circumstances do not automatically waive the cancellation policy. Any exception or courtesy rescheduling is made solely at the discretion of FX Paramedical and does not waive or modify this policy for future appointments. By submitting a deposit, providing a card on file, or confirming an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Appointment Policy and authorizes FX Paramedical to charge applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with these terms.
